So, today I was complimenting my patient's nails and so I ended up saying, "Her, your shirt matches your tail!"
I also seriously told her while she was doing a modified bird/dog to never make a fist around her thumb, especially if she's punching somebody.
Also, there's your common miscommunication with colleagues.
